1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the official website, the registration platform, online services, forms, announcements, tournaments and activities organised by the Albanian Esports Federation – FSHSE.
1.2. By using the website, creating an account, registering for tournaments or taking part in FSHSE activities, the user accepts:
- these Terms and Conditions;
- the Privacy Policy;
- the specific tournament regulations;
- any official guidance published by FSHSE.
1.3. If the user does not agree with these conditions, they must not use FSHSE's website, platform or services.
2. The Role of FSHSE
2.1. FSHSE aims to organise, develop, promote and represent esports in Albania.
2.2. FSHSE may organise:
- national tournaments;
- online and offline events;
- educational activities;
- community competitions;
- national and international projects;
- promotional and media activities;
- training, conferences and institutional presentations.
2.3. The FSHSE website serves as an information and registration platform for players, teams, clubs, partners and the public.
3. Platform Users
3.1. The platform may be used by:
- players;
- teams;
- coaches;
- team managers;
- clubs;
- technical staff;
- partners;
- sponsors;
- media;
- website visitors.
3.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter on the platform.
3.3. FSHSE has the right to refuse, suspend or close an account if:
- the data is inaccurate;
- the data is false;
- the user breaches these Terms and Conditions;
- the user breaches the tournament regulations;
- the user harms FSHSE's security or reputation.
4. Registration and User Account
4.1. To take part in tournaments or activities, the user may be required to create an account.
4.2. During registration the following may be required:
- first name and surname;
- date of birth;
- email;
- phone number;
- city and country;
- nickname;
- game ID;
- team;
- Discord or other communication platforms;
- verification documents, when required.
4.3. The user must keep their credentials secure.
4.4. The user must not share their password with others.
4.5. Any action carried out from the user's account is considered their responsibility, except where unauthorised access is proven.
5. Participation in Tournaments and Activities
5.1. Participation in tournaments, competitions or activities is subject to:
- these Terms and Conditions;
- the Privacy Policy;
- the specific tournament regulations;
- the instructions of the organising staff;
- the decisions of the tournament's referees or administrators.
5.2. FSHSE may set specific conditions for participation, such as:
- minimum age;
- nationality or region;
- the number of players in a team;
- the required documents;
- the game platform;
- the competition format;
- registration deadlines;
- technical rules;
- communication conditions.
5.3. FSHSE has the right to verify identity, age, game ID and team composition.
6. Minors
6.1. Participants under 18 may take part only under the conditions set by FSHSE.
6.2. FSHSE may require authorisation from the parent or legal guardian for:
- registration on the platform;
- participation in tournaments;
- official communication;
- photographing;
- filming;
- live broadcasting;
- publishing material;
- receiving a prize or reward.
6.3. In the absence of authorisation, FSHSE has the right to refuse registration or participation.
7. Conduct of Users and Participants
7.1. Every user and participant must behave in a respectful, sportsmanlike and honest manner.
7.2. The following are prohibited:
- offensive, threatening or denigrating language;
- racist, sexist or discriminatory behaviour;
- bullying, harassment or intimidation;
- threats against players, staff, referees or the public;
- cheating in-game;
- the use of hacks, cheats, exploits or illegal programs;
- match-fixing;
- the use of false IDs;
- unauthorised substitution of players;
- the use of other people's accounts;
- damaging the platform or technical systems;
- publishing illegal or inappropriate content.
7.3. Breaking these rules may result in:
- a warning;
- loss of a match;
- point deduction;
- disqualification;
- suspension from the tournament;
- account closure;
- a ban from future activities;
- other disciplinary measures.
8. Tournament Rules
8.1. Each tournament may have specific regulations.
8.2. The specific regulations may include:
- the competition format;
- dates and times;
- the registration method;
- the number of players;
- the points system;
- the qualification method;
- technical rules;
- complaint procedures;
- prizes and rewards;
- disciplinary measures.
8.3. In case of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a tournament's specific regulations, the specific tournament regulations take precedence for technical and sporting matters.
8.4. Decisions of the relevant administrators, referees or committees are binding on participants, except where the regulations provide for an appeal procedure.
9. Publication of Results and Sporting Information
9.1. FSHSE has the right to publish:
- players' names;
- nicknames;
- teams;
- results;
- rankings;
- points;
- winners;
- statistics;
- interviews;
- public statements given during events.
9.2. This publication is done for the purposes of:
- information;
- transparency;
- documentation;
- promotion;
- sporting archiving;
- the development of esports.
10. Use of Image, Photographs and Videos
10.1. By taking part in FSHSE events, tournaments, competitions, conferences, ceremonies or activities, the participant accepts that they may be photographed, filmed, recorded or broadcast live.
10.2. FSHSE has the right to use this material for:
- the official website;
- social networks;
- live broadcasts;
- promotional videos;
- posters and banners;
- graphic material;
- official reports;
- institutional presentations;
- historical archives;
- public and media communication.
10.3. Use of the image is made without any special financial compensation, as long as the material relates to the activity the participant took part in.
10.4. FSHSE will not use the participant's image in an offensive, manipulative or denigrating manner, or outside the context of the activity.
10.5. For participants under 18, authorisation from the parent or legal guardian may be required.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All material published on the FSHSE website is the property of FSHSE or used with authorisation.
11.2. This material includes:
- logos;
- event names;
- graphic designs;
- texts;
- videos;
- photographs;
- documents;
- regulations;
- posts;
- tournament formats;
- official material.
11.3. Users are not permitted to copy, sell, modify, distribute or use FSHSE's material for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
11.4. Users may share FSHSE's public material only while preserving the source and the integrity of the information.
12. User Content
12.1. If the platform allows users to upload content, the user guarantees that they have the right to use that content.
12.2. User content may include:
- a team logo;
- photographs;
- documents;
- comments;
- messages;
- other material submitted to the platform.
12.3. The user bears full responsibility for the content they upload.
12.4. FSHSE has the right to remove any content that is:
- illegal;
- offensive;
- abusive;
- discriminatory;
- deceptive;
- inaccurate;
- in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Prizes and Rewards
13.1. If a tournament provides for prizes or rewards, the conditions for awarding them are set in the specific tournament regulations.
13.2. FSHSE may require from winners:
- an identity document;
- bank data;
- tax data;
- confirmation of participation;
- other necessary documents.
13.3. FSHSE has the right to withhold or suspend a prize if:
- the winner has broken the rules;
- they provided false data;
- they do not meet the participation conditions;
- they do not submit the requested documentation;
- they have been disqualified for disciplinary reasons.
14. Changing, Postponing or Cancelling Activities
14.1. FSHSE has the right to change:
- dates;
- times;
- the format;
- the location;
- the platform;
- the rules;
- the tournament structure;
- the organisational conditions.
14.2. FSHSE may postpone, suspend or cancel an activity for reasons of:
- a technical nature;
- organisation;
- safety;
- law;
- force majeure;
- lack of participation;
- problems with third-party platforms;
- unforeseen circumstances.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1. FSHSE will make reasonable efforts to ensure the correct operation of the website and the organisation of activities.
15.2. FSHSE is not liable for:
- technical interruptions;
- internet problems;
- device faults;
- interruptions of third-party platforms;
- cyber attacks;
- delays;
- cancellations;
- errors caused by the user;
- circumstances outside FSHSE's control.
15.3. FSHSE is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or claims arising from the improper use of the platform.
16. The Platform and Third-Party Links
